There's Clean, and Then There's Class 7 & 8 Clean
Our Classified Clean Room space is a unique amenity. Our Class 8 Clean space is cleaner than what is needed in an operating room, and a Class 7 Clean space and finishing area are also available. These areas are serviced by electric, heat, air conditioning, water and compressed air, with all systems and operations following the strict guidelines of ISO and FDA, passing all regulations for each class of certification.
Also note, that if injection molding manufacturing is your business, you will find a skilled workforce that resides in this region.
Expansive Manufacturing, Warehousing & Shipping Areas
In addition to the Clean Rooms, we have thousands of feet of standard manufacturing facilities and warehouse space. These standard manufacturing and warehouse areas have various types of durable flooring, such as epoxy build-up, terrazzo or six-inch reinforced sealed concrete.
We have six fully equipped shipping bays, and one overhead access for drive-in loading and unloading, plus one fully equipped rigging door. We also help you avoid pest issues with insect eliminators which are stationed at each entry way and shipping dock.

Premium Office Space & Common Areas
Currently housing approximately 16,000 sq ft of premium Office Space, our facility is outfitted with carpet, tile floors, exposed brick walls, suspended ceilings, and recessed and other standard/required lighting.
With over 250+ illuminated and lined parking spaces, occupants enter offices through outside accesses which helps allow for better occupant security.
Included in the common area is a 2,000 sq ft lunch room and outdoor dining area. Adequate restrooms are provided throughout the facility.
